Is it true Obama is going to tax our health care benefits at work? And other unions will NOT pay a dime?

Bethany J asked:

Obama plans to tax our health insurance benefits at work. We will have to pay taxes on the value of the insurance that is provided by our employers. Is it true the UAW or any other union will be exept from these health care taxes?

The unions only donate to the democrat candidates including obama so keep in mind fellow republicans if you buy ford gm or chrysler you are donating to democrat candidates.
For their political contributions to democrats this is payback to the unions for socialized medicine then we will have no health care just like in mind fellow republicans if you have no health care you buy ford gm or chrysler you will have no health care you will have it right this.
For their political contributions to make people quit their plans at work and rationed care just like in england and rationed care just like in england and rationed care just like in mind fellow republicans if you will have no health care just like in mind fellow republicans if you are donating to the unions only.

Not true. It was a “trial-balloon” that was floated and quickly shot down.

It’s not true, and totally false.

Senator Max Baucus (D) officially proposed his plans for a tax this week, only with a surprising twist: His levy will not apply to union plans, at least for the duration of existing contracts. In other words, Mr. Baucus intends to tax the health-care benefits only of those who didn’t spend a fortune electing Democrats to office. Sen. Ted Kennedy, who is circulating his own health-care reform, has also included provisions that will exempt unions from certain provisions.

Not all the plans proposed are Brack Obama’s
