I am part of a group that has to present an employee benefits plan to the class, and the part that I will be working on specifically is the health care portion. Can anyone provide me with some ideas or examples to work with? We are a make-believe large company, but should I try to work with real HMOs and PPOs or should I make them up? Where can I find quotes and things like that? Thanks!

For example how much is charged there is lot of coverage individual family parent child husband wife is it policy renewal or cancer would be charged for example how many claims has the insurnace company trying to make up amounts for example how long.
