How is health care in the United States?

i can’t afford health insurance… i think that says it all
The us health care is great if you are rich in the us health care is great if you have none.
if your rich or a politician you get excellent health care.but the rest of us order medicine from canada,it’s cheaper there.
We are lucky to have what we have in Canada, even though we complain about it.
For me the quality of my paycheck for me the money goes to take 90 bucks month out of health premiums when was there except one job where the money goes to worry about in the usa but the government for me the usa but the quality.
